The winning photograph
will be the one that receives the most votes in a calendar month. There must be
at least 2500 entries in a calendar month for the prize to be paid. The Great American
Photo Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District
of Columbia, living in the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at
least 18 years of age. Residents of New York, Florida and Rhode Island are prohibited
